Today I visited Renata's Creperie for the first time. I arrived a few months ago in Humboldt, and cannot believe the foodie art show that goes on here! I absolutely loved the quality coffee (this is a big deal) and the savory prosciutto crepe . I happened to have my professional camera with me and captured these images as I sat at the bar for brunch as the crepes were poured, assembled, cooked and prepared. Gorgeous breakfast! Thanks to the chefs!

Renata’s is a true Arcata staple. In all my travels, I’ve never come across a creperie with a menu as diverse as Renata’s. The selection of both savory and sweet crepes is vast. The artistry that goes into the creation of each crepe is apparent from the presentation. Their specialities are always rotating, and often so delicious that I wish they were permanent fixtures on the menu! Their delightful hot drinks are an attraction in and of themselves, especially when adding on their homemade whipped cream. The only downside is that Renata’s does not have vegan crepes; these would be a great addition to the menu!

Delicious & funky. A wonderful place to eat. Don't miss the hot chocolate. Not overly sweet, just delightfully delicious.

Thank you, Renata! Renatas started as a food truck/trailer on the corner where brio is now 2 decades ago? (Wow) Her Cappacino kept drawing me back. Now it is one of the best breakfast restaurants in town. The mocha in a bowl and the savory crepes are a favorite love the artistic decore and the local crafts for sale here too.

Delicious French-style crepes with innovative fillings. The savory breakfast crepes are the best! This is a lively, bustling cafe with a spirited noise level. Service is punctual, which is impressive considering the large number of orders that are made from scratch.

I found this little gem, when I saw the high ratings on reviews. I did not even glance at their menu. It was a wonderful surprise for me when seeing the crepe filled menu (as crepes are my favorite) but my kiddos had been looking forward to pancakes, so they were a tad disappointed. You can always get/make pancakes, so mom overruled on this one and thank goodness I did. Our waiters kindness, patience and his calm demeanor (during all the accommodations) we had to make for our littlest, would keep us customers for life! But how lucky are we, that their food matches his service. The dishes we were able to try this time around were outstanding. Simple, but with their own twist and take on crepes, potatoes, bacon and not one item lacked on flavor. A burst of magic happened in my mouth with every dish and I’m sure they remember me doing a “happy dance” after every bite of our crepes! Do yourself a favor and try their latte in their bowl sized coffee mugs. Delicious! We will be driving through town in the next few weeks and we will make sure to go out of our way to come back here. Thank you guys so much for an awesome breakfast and attitude , when we were having a chaotic morning. Kindness always goes such a long way, it’s a ripple effect. So appreciated.

Hands down. Best breakfast spot around. Amazing food. Cozy atmosphere. They’re generous with the bacon with is always an added plus! You don’t want to drive through arcata without stopping here. We like to get the amber rose, hungry farmer, or righteous baby. And today we tried something new and delicious, the bacon avocado tomato. Along with a sizable latte served in the cutest bowl.

What an amazing place! I loved everything: the vibe, the team, the crepes. I’m from France and I love crepes, but I had never found any I really liked in the US—until now. Renata’s crepes have done it! What a treat! Thank you
